It is now run as a family-managed concern, which gives it the feel of a home-away-from-home. Leh is well connected to New Delhi by a one hour Indian Airlines flight daily during the months of June, July, August, and September and four times weekly during the rest of the year. These flights tend to be heavily booked and reservations should be made a couple of months in advance. Since Jet Airways started operating to Leh, Accessibility has improved. The hotel is open from the 1st of May till end October. The weather during these months ranges from brisk to fairly hot in July, August, and September. Light wollens are recommended through out. For the comfort of our esteemed clients, we have provided very efficient heating in our rooms, as sometimes it can be cold in May and October.
